Our History
GCI Security has been offering our security professionals to residents of St. Louis for over 30 years. Our company was the first security agency to provide security service for special taxing districts throughout the City of St. Louis and continue to have the most experience in these very specialized areas of the security business.
Our company has grown to offer services including uniformed security officers (armed and unarmed), security/police mobile patrols, police bike patrols, security camera installations, surveillance monitoring, investigations, and implementation and review of security plans for private businesses and neighborhoods. We employ over 100 full-time and part-time security officers to provide our customers with immediate, effective response times.
Our management team includes command rank officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department employed as consultants and supervisors. This process combines both private and public law enforcement officers’ professional expertise resulting in very effective security techniques.
